Forcepoint will be conducting planned maintenance in our Slough/Woking (Cluster J) data center on Friday, August 28, 18:00 UTC for 24 hours .The maintenance activity involves upgrading our core network infrastructure to ensure resiliency and performance.

We anticipate minor loss of connectivity for brief moment while customer traffic is failed over to an alternate datacenter. Customers are requested to ensure that they have redundant IPSEC and GRE tunnels configured to a redundant data center to ensure seamless failover of tunnel traffic.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to enhance our infrastructure.
